Basic rules:

When working with insulation materials you should follow all the instructions written on the package. Competent use of work techniques in conjunction with a properly selected tool and equipment will improve the quality of your work.

For cutting insulation mats it is advised to use a special knife.

In the process of working with the material make sure that the package remains closed, and the edges of the material weren’t torn.

To obtain the desired thickness of insulation, place the material in layers 2-4: 50+100 mm or 50+50+50 mm and so on.

Insulation must be installed so that it tightly fits the surrounding structures of the frame and to each other. With properly selected thickness material completely fills the insulated space. In the illustrations on the right it shows the correct and incorrect methods for installing insulation.

	Package opening We recommended opening the packaging on firm clean surfaces, in the vicinity of the installation location.		Work completion When the work is completed, rinse the skin with cold water. After working in particularly dusty conditions, it is necessary to take a shower and change clothes. Work clothes should be washed separately from normal clothing.
	Installation Insulation should be cut with a sharp knife on a hard clean surface. When using an electrical cutter a vacuum dust collector should be used.		Equipment during operation Work gloves will protect the skin from irritation. Wear a hat and protective goggles if you are installing insulation over your head. In particularly difficult working conditions, use respiratory mask.
	Ventilation during operation When properly organized there’s less dust in the room. When working in extremely dusty conditions, it is necessary to use vacuum dust collector. If this is not possible, wear protective clothing and a respirator mask.		How to store materials Insulation packages should be best kept in a dry, indoor place protected from rain, wind, snow and shocks. If insulation is stored outside, for example, on the construction site, it needs to be stacked on the pallet and not touch the ground. Packing with insulation should be opened right before installation. This will significantly reduce the risk of damage to the material.
	Waste and cleaning after work Waste generated when working with insulation, needs to be collected to a garbage bag. Cleaning is best done with a vacuum cleaner or a moistened broom.
